OVERVIEW

This website is operated by TABIX. By visiting tabix.us or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because wood is a natural material, grain, color and texture may vary. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice.

2. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or the listed price contains an obvious error. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

Customers must review product variants, dimensions, quantity, contact information and delivery address before checkout. Orders cannot normally be cancelled after placement because production or preparation may begin immediately.

3. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or at checkout. Shipping, customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges may be added or collected separately. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes not collected at checkout.

Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders ship from Ukraine. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and on applicable product pages. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, public holidays, security conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exclusions, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, modified-size and made-to-order products may not be returnable except where required by law or when defective, damaged or incorrect.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must provide accurate, current and complete order and account information. You are responsible for confirming that a product's dimensions, installation method and intended use are suitable before purchase. Products must be installed and used safely and in accordance with any supplied instructions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original website content, product photographs, designs, graphics and TABIX branding are owned by or licensed to TABIX and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website for unlawful activity; interfere with its security or operation; transmit malicious code; collect other users' data without authorization; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping and advertising services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

10. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TABIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
